They are spacious, clean, modern, and very upscale. The guest rooms/suites have to be some of the nicest I have ever stayed in outside of Vegas. The decor from the entrance/lobby, rooms, restaurants, and the casino itself is very tasteful and well thought out and reflects the heritage of the local Native American tribe. Quite simply, the hotel is absolutely beautiful both inside and out. While I haven't stayed here EVERY time I travel to the Puget Sound area, I have stayed here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. That’s when we stated that we’re hotel guests.Ĭoming from a hospitality background, I would ensure that staff gets well trained.I think I got spoiled on my first ever trip to Seattle/Everett/Marysville because I ended up staying at the Tulalip Casino Hotel. Not even asking if we’re hotel guests or not and assuming that we’re outsiders.

As we enter the hotel, security sees us holding our food and states we can’t bring it inside. The third day, my aunt and I went to McDonald’s that near the hotel. When we stated that we wanted to dine in she kinda dozed off and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. We approached the hostess stand and the hostess didn’t even greet us and ask we were interested in dining. At night, we wanted to grab something to eat and Cedars Restaurant was the only place open. Then he stood on the side just watching me for a good five minutes to see if I would take my slippers off. I looked at my feet and it seemed like I had my slippers on so I was kinda shocked as to what he meant by that. The next day, we were in the casino and another security personnel approached me and stated that I shouldn’t be barefoot in the casino.

She then proceeded to ask my cousin, are you okay you need help I’m security. Then after that, security comes and tells us he cant sleep and she stood there until my aunt woke him up. After a long flight, my cousins were tired and were sitting down and dozed off for a few minutes. We were waiting to check in and our rooms weren’t ready. I would recommend staying in downtown if coming to Seattle! This place doesn’t have hospitality whatsoever.
